为解决针织行业长期以来面临的生产周期长、纱线浪费率高、运输成本高且无法应对快速变化的流行趋势等问题,对三维虚拟针织毛衫设计流程进行分析,并与传统针织服装设计流程对比,得到三维虚拟技术应用在针织毛衫设计中的最优方案,并以设计实践进行验证。得出,利用三维虚拟针织技术进行毛衫设计时,通过对版型、纱线和花型组织的模拟,能够缩短生产周期,降低生产成本,提高生产效率和质量,并拓宽设计师的设计渠道,给针织企业发展提供新思路。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of long production cycle, high yarn waste rate, high transportation cost, inability to cope with fast-changing fashion trends, through the three-dimensional virtual knitted wool, the design process of sweaters was analyzed and compared with the design process of traditional knitted garments, and the optimal design scheme of three-dimensional virtual technology in the design of knitted sweaters was obtained, which was verified through design practice. It was concluded that when designing with 3D virtual knitting technology, by simulating the pattern, yarn and pattern organization, it can shorten the cycle, reduce the cost, improve the production efficiency and quality, and broaden the designer’s design channel to provide knitting enterprises new ideas for development.
