摘要:
为了解决仿生褶皱工艺方法和生产技术等实际应用方面的问题,通过研究对仿生褶皱实现工艺的理论和实际生产情况,将仿生褶皱工艺分为机器制褶工艺、手工制褶工艺和机器与手工相结合工艺3种。从制褶效率和艺术效果两方面对3种制褶工艺进行比较分析,探究其优缺点,得出:机器制褶效率高、成本高,手工制褶形式多样、效率较低,机器与手工相结合工艺制褶效果好、变化方式灵活,为服装仿生褶皱的设计和工艺实现提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to solve the practical application problems of the bionic fold process method and production technology, the theoretical induction and actual production research of the bionic fold realization process were studied, the bionic fold process method was divided into three methods namely machine pleating process, manual pleating process and machine-manual pleating process. The three kinds of pleat-making processes were compared and analyzed from the aspects of efficiency and artistic effect, and the advantages and disadvantages of machine-made pleats, hand-made pleats and the combined machine-manual technology were explored. It is concluded that the machine-made pleats have high efficiency with a high cost, the hand-made pleats are made in various forms with a low efficiency. The combination of machine and manual technology has a good pleating effect and flexible change mode, which provides help for the design and process realization of clothing bionic folds.
