“招人难,留人难”的问题一直困扰着许多服装企业。为了改善服装企业的人才现状,以常熟地区服装企业为样本,对22家规模以上服装企业的员工进行访谈和问卷调查,了解服装类人才的现状及供需双方的需求情况。根据访谈结果将员工的需求划分为生活需求、精神需求与个人发展需求3类,并对服装企业员工的现状及需求进行统计分析和理论分析,从而针对性地提出了吸引人才、培养人才、稳定人才等策略。
Abstract:
In recent years, the problem of "hard to recruit, hard to stay " has plagued many clothing companies. In order to improve problems of qualified personnelin garment enterprises, the clothing enterprises in Changshu area were used as samples, and interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted among 22 employees of garment enterprises above designated size to understand the current situation of clothing talents and the demand of both parties. According to the interview results, the employees’ needs can be divided into three categories: life needs, spiritual needs and personal development needs. The statistical analysis and theoretical analysis of the current situation and needs of the employees of the garment enterprises are carried out, so as to attract and cultivate talents. There are a total of 8 strategies for stabilizing attracting and training talents.
