摘要:
了解人体运动过程中的体表物理变化特征及其对服装结构设计的影响是科学设计软壳冲锋衣的基础。通过对6位实验志愿者在11个运动姿态下上半身体表网格线段变化情况进行测试,获得体表变化数据。分析11个运动姿态下体表网格线段的变形现象,掌握体表皮肤分区的情况。根据实验结果,分析了体表变化对软壳冲锋衣结构设计的影响,探索性地提出了依据体表皮肤形变解决软壳冲锋衣运动自由度和舒适度的结构设计研究方法。
Abstract:
Understanding the physical changes of body surface in the process of human body movement and its influence on the structure design of clothing is the basis of scientific design of soft shell jacket. In this study, the change of skin surface grid mark line under 11 dynamic posture of six volunteers was tested.The deformation of the grid segment was analyzed, and the skin subdivision of the body surface was obtained. According to the experimental results, the influence of change of body surface on the structure design of the soft shell jacket was analyzed and discussed. The method of structural design of soft shell jacket based on skin deformation of body surface was proposed, which could solve the freedom of movement and comfortable problem of soft shell jacket.
