摘要:
为解决学生群体在阴雨天穿着校服易被雨水淋湿的问题,设计了一款功能性校服外套。通过面料性能测试选出两款具有良好防水、透湿功能的膜复合面料应用于校服,并对校服外套进行结构设计; 结合自制淋雨装置模拟自然降水的情景,比较校服成衣的防水性能和结构设计的合理性。结果表明,将防水、透湿功能膜复合面料局部应用于校服外套,既能有效提升外套整体的防水性能,又可改善校服的舒适性,达到户外运动所需的日常防护效果。
Abstract:
A functional school uniform jacket had been designed to address the issue of students wearing school uniforms that were prone to getting wet in rainy weather. Two membrane composite fabrics with waterproof and moisture permeability functions were chosen through fabric performance testing, and the structure design of the school uniform jacket was carried out. Combined with a self-made rain device to simulate natural precipitation scenarios, the waterproof performance and structural design of the ready-made school uniform were compared and verified to be reasonable. The results indicate that the partial application of waterproof and breathable functional membrane composite fabric to school uniform jackets can effectively improve the overall waterproof performance of the jacket, as well as improve the comfortability of the school uniform, achieving the daily protection required for outdoor sports.
