以女装袖型为例,对袖山缩缝量进行实验分析,探讨袖山缩缝量的设计及分配方案,应用层次分析法优选出最佳的缩缝量配比,并通过袖山与袖窿的对位点来限定各部位不同的缩缝量,最后制作样衣。对不同缩缝量的袖型成衣效果进行比较,验证袖山缩缝量的设计与分配方法。
Abstract:
This paper presents the calculation and allocation scheme of sleeve shrinkage for ladies dress design. Experiments were designed and quantitative analyses were carried out to determine the optimum sewing shrinkage of the sleeve cap. Through the fitting alignment points for both the sleeve and armhole, the shrinkage of various parts of sleeve cap was determined. Sample garments were produced and compared. The results confirmed the proposed practical methods for allocation of the sleeve ease.
