以收藏的黔东南苗族堆绣绣片为主要研究对象,分析其堆叠制作工艺,将堆绣绣片制作步骤归纳为3个阶段:准备阶段主要包括设计图案、裁剪织物、绘制底样、制作辫线; 制作阶段包括三角形绸布的制作、图案的堆叠设计、针线的固定以及镶边; 整理阶段包括连片、缀装饰物及熨烫。堆绣是重要的织物工艺之一,对堆绣绣片的工艺研究与复原制作,在一定程度上有利于黔东南苗族堆绣手工技艺的流通发展与传承。
Abstract:
This paper focused on the study of the craftsmanship of the embroidery pieces collected from the Miao in southeast Guizhou of China. Through the analysis of the stacking production process of the Miao embroidery, the production processing steps were roughly summarized into three stages: preparation stage, production stage, and finishing stage. The preparation stage includes designing patterns, cutting fabrics, cutting paper samples and making braids. The production stage includes making triangle silk fabrics, pattern stacking design, nail thread fixing and edging. The finishing stage includes connecting pieces, embellishing decorations and ironing. Through the research on the craft of heap embroidery and restoration production, it can be found that heap embroidery plays a huge role in fabric craftsmanship, and to a certain extent is beneficial to the circulation, development and inheritance of the handmade techniques of heap embroidery of the Miao nationality in southeast Guizhou.
