摘要:
基于煤矿工人井下作业工作要求和动作分析,总结防护服的设计要素。针对服装膝、肘关节和臀部等易磨损部位以及腋下、腰部等大幅度伸展、收缩活动部位等,提出设计建议; 根据不同的动作要求结合井下作业的环境因素,提出矿工防护服需要改进设计的部位,并给出相应的解决办法。设计了一款针对煤矿工人井下工作的防护服。通过款式和结构的设计,可在满足防护服设计要求的基础上,提升工人穿着的安全性、舒适度,以及工作效率; 设计中融入时尚元素,打破原有工作服的原貌,在体现职业特点基础上给矿工心理带来职业归属感和自豪感。
Abstract:
Design elements of protective clothing for miners were sumerized based on work requirements and action analysis of, coal mine workers underground working.Design purposes was present according to the parts which are easily abrasive, such as the knee, elbow and buttocks of clothing, and the parts which need large stretch and contraction activities, such as the armpit and waist of clothing.According to the environmental factors of different action requirements, the parts which need improve during design for protective clothing were pointed out, and the corresponding solution was given. One type of protective clothing for coal mine workers underground working was designed. Through the design of style and structure to enhance the safety, comfort, and work efficiency for workers at the same time achieving the protective functions. Integrating fashion elements into design could break the original appearance of protective clothing, which could reflect professional characteristics and also could provide professional belonging and pride for miners.
