为解决服装制造行业长期以来面临的作业负荷不均和生产效率低下等问题,以YU公司某款女式衬衫生产线为例,针对第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类生产线平衡问题,采用0-1规划模型进行优化研究。根据衬衫生产现状,以最小工作站数和最优生产节拍为目标,建立两类数学模型,并借助Lingo求解,得到作业元素最优组合,最后进行比较和选择。研究表明,第Ⅰ类平衡问题的模型在提高生产效率方面表现更优。该研究对服装生产领域开展生产系统优化具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
To address long-standing issues in the apparel manufacturing industry such as uneven workload distribution and low production efficiency, this study focused on the women’s shirt production line at YU company. Targeting type I and type II production line balancing problems, we conducted optimization research using a 0-1 integer programming model. Based on current shirt production conditions, two mathematical models were established with objectives of minimizing workstation numbers and optimizing production cycle time. The Lingo solver was employed to obtain optimal task element combinations, followed by comparative analysis and model selection. The results demonstrate that the type I balancing model exhibits superior performance in enhancing production efficiency. This research provides valuable insights for production system optimization in the garment manufacturing sector.
