采用滚筒洗衣机对10种不同规格的棉织物进行10次重复洗涤,依据AATCC TM 202—2014 Relative hand value of textiles: instrumental method,通过PhabrOmeter织物手感评价系统测试每次洗涤后织物的手感数据,分析洗涤次数对织物手感的影响。结果表明:洗涤次数对硬挺度和光滑度影响不明显,随着洗涤次数的增加,织物的硬挺度和光滑度在一定区间内呈现小幅波动; 随着洗涤次数的增加,纱线线密度≥14.5 tex的织物相对手感值呈现先增大后趋于稳定的变化趋势,而纱线线密度<14.5 tex的织物相对手感值呈现先增后减再趋于稳定的变化趋势; 随着洗涤次数的增加,柔软度呈现先增大后趋于稳定的规律。
Abstract:
In this paper, it selected ten types of cotton fabrics having different specifications as experiment materials to discuss the effect of repeated washing on hand feeling of textiles through analyzing the test data of PhabrOmeter fabric handle evaluation system after 10 times of washing with drum washing machine. The experimental results indicate that the effect of washing times on stiffness and smoothness is not obvious. With the increase of washing times, the stiffness and smoothness of fabrics fluctuate slightly within a certain range. With the increase of washing times, the relative handle value of fabrics with yarn linear density greater than 14.5 tex increases at first and then tends to be stable, while that of fabrics with yarn linear density no more than 14.5 tex increases first and then decreases and then tends to be stable. At the same time, with the increase of washing times, the softness increases at first and then tends to be stable.
