摘要:
通过对防水透湿织物的研究现状进行疏理,将防水透湿织物按照加工方式分为高密织物、涂层织物和层压织物,按照防水透湿机理分为疏水微孔织物和亲水无孔织物,并且对市场上现有的防水透湿产品进行介绍。在此基础上分析了防水透湿的孔隙扩散机理、微孔透湿机理以及高分子间“孔”亲水基团透湿机理,阐述了不同防水透湿织物对应的常用制备方法,预测防水透湿织物将向智能化、多功能化、环保化的方向发展。
Abstract:
The research situation of waterproof and moisture permeable fabric is reviewed. According to the processing method, waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics are divided into high-density fabrics, coated fabrics and laminated fabrics. According to the waterproof and moisture transport mechanism, the fabrics are divided into hydrophobic microporous ones and hydrophilic non-porous ones. This paper introduced the existing waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics on the market and analyzed the pore diffusion mechanism,microporous moisture permeability mechanism and the mechanism of the moisture permeability of the"hole"among hydrophilic group of polymers. The common preparation methods for different waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics were described. It is predicted that waterproof and moisture permeable fabrics will develop in the directions of intelligence, multi-functionality and environmental protection.
