为实现纬编无缝运动护膝的三维仿真,根据人体工学分析人体对护膝的功能需求,应用纬编工艺原理设计组织结构,并建立服装样板到针织样板的转换关系。在CLO3D中建立护膝原型版片,并模拟穿着效果得到纬编运动护膝的穿着曲面; 通过骨架提取方法得到平面网格与曲面网格的转换矩阵和曲面网格点; 结合圈高缩放系数和线圈位置,解决护膝织物同一花型行内正反面线圈比例不同时仿真效果不理想的问题; 最终将仿真结果与实际织物穿着效果进行对比。研究表明:可对纬编无缝运动护膝展开平面与穿着后的效果进行三维仿真,实现生产前的个性化定制,推动产品创新发展。
Abstract:
In order to realize the 3D simulation of weft-knitted seamless sports knee pads, the functional requirements of the kneepad were analyzed according to ergonomics. The weft-knitting process principle was applied to design the structure, and the conversion relationship between the garment pattern and the knitted pattern was established. The prototype of the knee pads is established in CLO3D and simulated to obtain the wearing surface of the weft-knitted sports kneepad, and the transformation matrix of the plane mesh and the surface mesh and the surface mesh point coordinates are obtained by the skeleton extraction method. Combined with the high scaling coefficient of the ring and the position of the coil, the problem that the simulation effect is not ideal when the proportion of the positive and negative coils in the same pattern of the knee-protecting fabric is different is solved. The simulation results were compared with the actual fabric wear. The results show that the 3D simulation of the weft-knitted seamless sports knee pads and the effect after wearing can be carried out to realize the personalized customization before production and promote the innovation and deve-lopment of products.
