摘要:
为了提高鞋子穿着的合体性和舒适性,准确掌握青年男大学生脚型的三维特征,采用三维激光脚型扫描仪对437名青年男大学生进行测试。分别对脚长、跖趾围长、足弓高度等19个原始测量指标进行统计学分析、因子分析,并采用K-means聚类分析实现脚型细分。结果表明:描述脚型高度维度的指标变异较大,长度维度的变异较小; 通过因子分析提取出长度特征因子、宽度特征因子、高度特征因子、其他特征因子4个主成分,并根据因子权重值,提取脚长、跖趾围长、足弓高度3个变量作为脚型分类标准,采用 K-means聚类算法将青年男大学生的脚型细分为短瘦低足弓型、长中低足弓型、短瘦高足弓型、长胖低足弓型、短瘦中足弓型、长胖高足弓型、中胖高足弓型7种类型。实验结果可以为制鞋企业生产舒适合体的鞋子提供理论依据。
Abstract:
The extraction and classification of foot features plays an important role in improving the fit and comfort of shoes. In order to accurately grasp the three-dimensional characteristics of young male college students’ foot shapes, 437 young male college students were tested by 3D laser foot scanners, and 19 original measurement indicators such as foot length, metatarsophalange circumference and arch height were statistically analyzed and factored, and K-means cluster analysis was used to achieve foot subdivision. The experimental results show that the height dimension of the foot shape has a large variation and the length dimension has a small variation. Four principal components were extracted by factor analysis: length characteristic factor, width characteristic factor, height characteristic factor and other characteristic factor. According to the factor weight value, three variables of foot length, metatarsophalangeal circumference and arch height were extracted for K-means clustering analysis. The foot types of young male college students are divided into 7 categories, namely, short thin low arch type, long middle low arch type, short thin high arch type, long fat low arch type, short thin middle arch type, long fat high arch type, middle fat high arch type. The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for shoemaking enterprises to produce comfortable shoes.
