摘要:
为研究近代天津服装商业中心迁移的原因及其对城市与社会发展的影响,以天津档案馆馆藏近代文献资料及地方志为依据,采用文献查阅法及个案分析法对天津传统商业区和租界新商业区进行分析比对。研究表明:天津开埠后,进出口贸易量增加,河运的优势减弱,大批服装及其他行业店铺迁移至租界形成了新的商业中心; 城市居民的生活习惯和服饰风貌也发生了巨大变化,出现了新式服装及职业制服等新型服装行业,推动了近代工业的发展; 同时天津的区域影响力不断扩大,增强了城乡间的联系,稳固了其港口城市的地位。
Abstract:
In order to study the reasons for the relocation of the clothing commercial center in modern Tianjin and its impacts on the development of the city and society, this study analyzed the traditional commercial districts and new commercial areas in the concessions in Tianjin, through document search and case analysis methods, based on the modern documents and local chronicles collected by the Tianjin archives. The study showed that: after the opening of Tianjin port, the volume of import and export trade increased, the advantages of river transport weakened, and a large number of clothing and other industry shops moved to the concession, forming a new commercial center. Besides, the living habits and clothing styles of urban residents undergone great changes, and new industries such as new clothing and professional uniforms were introduced, which promoted the development of modern industry. At the same time, Tianjin’s regional influ-ence continued to expand, increasing the connection between urban and rural areas, and consolidating its status as a port city.
