摘要:
近代以来,服装行业相关同业公会作为服装行业的管理者,其组织功能日益完善,社会服务功能愈加凸显。通过上海市档案馆相关档案文献的梳理,从慈善公益、慈善教育和慈善义演3个方面,对近代上海服装行业相关同业公会的社会服务功能进行分析。结果表明,近代上海服装行业相关同业公会的社会服务功能不断走向制度化与现代化。
Abstract:
Since modern times, relevant trade associations in the clothing industry, as managers of the clothing industry, have increasingly improved their organizational functions and highlighted their social service functions. This paper aims to analyze the social service function of modern Shanghai clothing industry association from three aspects, including its charity and public welfare, charity education, charity performance through sorting out relevant archives and documents of Shanghai municipal archives. It is concluded that the social service function of the relevant trade association in the modern Shanghai clothing industry has beengradually institutionalized and modernized.
