摘要:
为指导成人纸尿裤的结构设计,通过真人试穿慢速走步的方法,测试了3个品牌、2种款式的成人纸尿裤内环境温度,并进行了主观评价,进而探讨成人纸尿裤结构和穿着舒适性的关系。结果表明:纸尿裤腰部搭口式结构在前中腰部、腹沟部温度低,在6 min慢速走步过程中变化较大,前中腹部、腹沟部与臀部穿着主观评价舒适性好; 松紧带式防侧漏设计能改善纸尿裤穿着大腿根部的舒适性,实际测量温度低,且在6 min慢速走步过程中变化较小。
Abstract:
To conduct adult diapers’ structure design in the way of reality try on diapers and walk slowly,testing three brands and two different styles diapers’internal temperature,making subjective evaluation,then explore the relation between adult diapers’structure and wearing comfor.The results show that pull pants’temperature are low in abdomen and groin,but changed a lot in six minutes,abdomen and groin as well as hipshot have good subjective comfort evaluation; The elastic bands design can improve comfort in central thign,the temperature is low and have little change in six minutes’test.
